Your responsibilities
- You build harnesses, skills and agents for our customers' processes – with Codex, Claude Code and the alluvo MCP.
- You map workflows in the branch and turn them into agents that take them over.
- When an agent fails at a customer, you find the root cause and rebuild it.
- You turn customer solutions into reusable skills for all customers.
- You work closely with the agent owners and the product team.
Your profile
- At least 3 years at a staffing agency, including time in a branch – as branch manager, in dispatch or in sales
- Excellent command of ChatGPT Codex or Claude Code – you use it every day
- You have built your own harnesses (context, tools and rules for an agent) and written skills
- Plus: a basic understanding of APIs and MCP
- Business-fluent German, spoken and written (at least C1)
