A new customer should be working with alluvo within days, not months. Our onboarding agent makes that happen: it migrates data, sets up processes and builds the first workflows. You make sure it succeeds at every staffing agency.

Your responsibilities
- You own the onboarding agent: data migration, setup, first workflows.
- You guide new customers through their first weeks and step in wherever the agent gets stuck.
- You turn every special case into a rule or a skill so the agent handles it alone at the next customer.
- You know the data structures of typical staffing software and spreadsheets and bring them cleanly into alluvo.
- You train dispatch, sales and back-office teams to work with the agents.
Your profile
- At least 3 years at a staffing agency, including time in a branch – as branch manager, in dispatch or in sales
- Excellent command of ChatGPT Codex or Claude Code – you use it every day
- Plus: experience with data migrations or software rollouts
- Strong plus: you have built your own harnesses (context, tools and rules for an agent) and written skills
- Business-fluent German, spoken and written (at least C1)
