Your responsibilities
- You own the content agents: topics, drafts, formats, tone.
- You moderate the Praxisrunde KI and keep it a real exchange rather than advertising.
- You review what the agents write and rebuild them when the tone is off.
- You tell real cases from branches that work with agents.
- You measure which content reaches staffing agencies and steer the agents accordingly.
Your profile
- At least 3 years at a staffing agency, including time in a branch – as branch manager, in dispatch or in sales
- Excellent command of ChatGPT Codex or Claude Code – you use it every day
- Plus: experience with social media or video
- Strong plus: you have built your own harnesses (context, tools and rules for an agent) and written skills
- Business-fluent German, spoken and written (at least C1)
