Your responsibilities
- You own the dispatch agents in the product: sick calls, replacements, assignment planning, rosters.
- You write requirements that engineers and agents can build from, using real cases from the branch.
- You analyse agent failures in production and turn them into the next product version.
- You build prototypes yourself with Codex or Claude Code before anything goes into the product.
- You talk regularly with our customers' dispatchers and branch managers.
Your profile
- At least 3 years at a staffing agency, including time in a branch – as branch manager, in dispatch or in sales
- Excellent command of ChatGPT Codex or Claude Code – you use it every day
- You have built your own harnesses (context, tools and rules for an agent) and written skills
- Plus: experience as a product owner or product manager
- Business-fluent German, spoken and written (at least C1)
