Your responsibilities
- You own the prospecting and outreach agents: target groups, research, copy, sequences.
- You lead first calls, demos and closing conversations with managing directors yourself.
- You analyse which approach works and rebuild the agents accordingly.
- When an agent misreads a reply, you take over and turn it into a rule.
- You keep the pipeline in alluvo so agents and people see the same picture.
Your profile
- At least 3 years at a staffing agency, including time in a branch – as branch manager, in dispatch or in sales
- Excellent command of ChatGPT Codex or Claude Code – you use it every day
- Experience selling to staffing agencies or their clients
- Strong plus: you have built your own harnesses (context, tools and rules for an agent) and written skills
- Business-fluent German, spoken and written (at least C1)
